At Godly Knots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 10-day free return policy from the date of delivery.

• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations will not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
